An Ale for every taste

Did you know? In the 1830s, many pubs were named after King William IV – the monarch prior to Queen Victoria – because he reduced the duty on beer. The youngest of three brothers, King William was given the nickname ‘Silly Billy’. When he became king at the age of 64, he gleefully told his councillors “Who’s the Silly Billy now?” This historical tale has spurred many of the names of Craddock’s seven house ales.

A joyfully flavoured smooth, strong, aromatic ale that is dangerously easy to drink. This rich gold ale is Craddock Brewery’s most favoured beer.

This black beer has been brewed to capture all the joys of a stout without being too heavy. It owes its depth to the blend of roasted malts and subtle use of hops.

This pale gold thirst-quenching guzzler is our bestselling ale. Lots of hop aroma with a near-sweet start leading to a clean bitter finish.

This amber ale is brewed with some darker malts and the classic combination of the finest fuggle and golding hops. The drink of choice for those who like a bit more bite in their bitter.

This golden honey beer is brewed using English Maris Otter malt, the finest English hops and a touch of honey.

A pale and zesty ale. Hops galore, but not too bitter.

A golden, strong, balanced bitter brewed with all English malt and hops. Perfect for those who prefer a more traditional, easy-going flavour.
